Online registration is available for the next 10 weeks (including today's clinic), with daily updates at 00:00. *If there is an excessive number of patients, the clinic hours may be extended accordingly.

Required to know

1. Check-in time: Please check-in at the cashier counter upon arrival. Patients must check-in before 11:00 for morning clinics, 16:00 for noon clinics, and 20:00 for night clinics. 
2. NUWA Fertility Center and NUWA TCM are fully self-pay clinics. Any fee adjustments will not be notified separately, and will be based on the on-site charges.
3. If you are not a citizen (no passport, ID, or health ID card), you will be charged via the clinic's International Healthcare prices. Costs of medications, examinations, screenings, and other medical services will be based on the clinic's International Healthcare prices.

   Morning clinics: 10:00
6. Afternoon clinics: 15:30
7. Night clinics: 19:00 
8. If you need to cancel the appointment on the day of consultation, please contact us.

Outpatient care procedure at NUWA Fertility:

• After reporting to the counter, you will be arranged to visit the doctor as soon as possible. (Depends on each patient’s treatment)

Outpatient care procedure at NUWA TCM:

• Patients must check in first, then will be called in numerical order.
• Please visit the counter if your number has been called and you’ve missed your appointment.
• For every 2 patients, one missed-number patient will be called. 

NUWA TCM in-person and specialty care appointments during Covid-19:

• For better service quality, please prepare any relevant medical records beforehand for your doctor.
• Please check your next follow-up appointment or your next available date and time.
• We deeply appreciate your patience with us. Consultation times may vary depending on each patient’s condition and needs. 
• Due to Covid-19, everyone is required to wear a mask upon entering. TCM treatments might also require you to take a photo of your face and tongue at home before the consultation.
