1. In order to maintain the quality of medicines and the safety of medicines, after the medicines are adjusted, the medicines will not be returned.

2. Regarding the rights and interests of drug users, if there are any of the following special circumstances, please apply within 7 days after receiving the drug.

3. Except for the following special circumstances, no refunds or refunds are allowed:
  • Severe discomfort caused by drug side effects or specific constitution. (Need to be evaluated by a physician to confirm that it is related to drugs)
  • There are foreign objects in the medicine. (The packaging is complete and unopened, and photographs and videos are required to prove it has been unpacked)
  • Drugs that have been withdrawn from the shelves or recalled by the manufacturer in an announcement issued by the competent health authority.
  • The drug user died.

4. Traditional Chinese medicines are dispensed by individual prescriptions. After a prescription is issued by a doctor, no refunds or refunds are allowed except for the above-mentioned circumstances.

Remarks: The cost calculation of scientific Chinese medicine is calculated according to the daily dosage, and the remaining medicines are calculated according to the remaining medicine in the package and unopened.

5. In order to complete the process of medicines refund, the following items must be prepared:
  • Unopened medicines. (Including the original packaging, medicine bag, and traditional Chinese medicine, please bring it back with the medicine note)
  • The original receipt of the current visit. (If you lose it, you need to apply for a receipt before going through the refund process)
  • If you pay by credit card, you need to bring the original payment credit card. (For mobile payment, please bring the original mobile phone or watch that swiped the card)
