1. I have frozen embryos/eggs/sperm at other clinics, can I transfer them to NUWA Lab? 
You can securely transfer your frozen embryos or sperm to NUWA. If you are contemplating or undergoing treatments at NUWA, you are welcome to initiate discussions about safely transferring your frozen embryos or sperm to NUWA.

2. What documents are needed to apply for “Embryo Transferring?”
The husband and wife’s original Taiwanese ID cards. Please note that both spouses need to be present and the respective spouses must remain the same person.

3. What documents are needed to apply for “Eggs/Sperm Transfering?”
The original Taiwanese ID card, your VDRL and HIV blood test reports, and please note that you need to be present at the NUWA Lab.

4. Can I entrust NUWA Lab to transfer the embryos/eggs/sperm for me?
You will need to sign a “Letter of Authorization” if you entrust NUWA Lab for the transfer process.

5. Which storage equipment does NUWA Lab use to store the frozen embryos/eggs/sperm?
NUWA Lab uses the “Liquid Nitrogen Storage Equipment” during the process.

6. Am I able to transfer my embryos/eggs/sperm to NUWA Lab if they are stored in another country? 
Yes, the “Liquid Nitrogen Storage Equipment” at NUWA Lab has a longer storage time.

7. What additional information should I pay attention to if I’m transferring my embryos/eggs/sperm myself? 
Please maintain the “Liquid Nitrogen Storage Equipment” upright. 
Please do not touch the equipment if there’s any leakage from the storage.
